First Watch

First Watch

This painting is the second of two paintings in my mini “Crows” painting collection. These two crows are huddled together as one sleeps and the other takes the ‘first watch’ with the slightest touch of one beak on the other. I love the implied tenderness and care of the birds for each other as communicated in their postures toward each other. 

This original painting is acrylic and oil on canvas, and will be framed in a white floating frame and ready to hang. It measures 8x10”
